Many factors could have contributed to the fall, including eye-sight, a hairdo, a long train, design, or high stilettos. Even though she may be in pain, she remained professional and elegant, taking a beautiful pic regardless of the circumstances.
The incident occurred at the Julien Fournié show in 2012 during the French Couture in Singapore. Fournié is a designer and CEO of haute couture, a firm established in 2009. He was named Creative Director for accessories, menswear, and womenswear at Ramosport in 2008.
