The 2008 Milan Fashion Week featured fantastic collections from powerhouses like Prada and plenty of tumbles. Yulia Kharlapanova tripped in her stunning ensemble, reminding us that freshly waxed runways and the highest heels don’t always mix. On the plus side, she maintained semblances of calmness throughout.
One stumble has not stopped her from commanding the runways, and in 2009 she partnered with Moschino as the face of the brand. Kharlapanova has also modeled for Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Hermes, and Yves Saint Laurent. She has also graced the covers and editorials published by Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Elle, and V Magazine.
