It’s okay that people think of ‘Jason Bourne’ whenever they see Matt Damon. After all, it was his role in the “Bourne” film series that made him something of a household name. But we can all agree that he got his shot at stardom in 1997 when “Good Will Hunting” won him and Ben Affleck several awards.
So while his acting talent is not in doubt, it’s still interesting to discover that Damon was a committed theater kid in high school and at Harvard. And he landed his first film role at 18 with a one-liner in the 1988 rom-com “Mystic Pizza.”
