Steve Guttenberg is an exceptional actor, producer, businessman, and author. He rose to fame in the ’80s and ’90s appearing in films that established him as a leading man in Hollywood. Among the films were “Police Academy,” “Three Men and a Baby,” and “The Big Green.”
Guttenberg excelled as an actor, however, there was a time when he felt it wasn’t fulfilling enough. He had always wanted to be a dentist, so he gave acting a break to pursue that career. Today, he is a board-certified dental surgeon. He eventually returned to Hollywood in 1995 and is reportedly interested in making more sequels to the popular “Police Academy” franchise.
