When people are in Vegas, some use it as an excuse to live out their wildest fantasies, telling themselves that whatever they do in Vegas will stay there. For this young man, his deepest desire was to wear a funny balloon hat. And it’s nice to see he got live that dream to the fullest as he adorned the eccentric accessory with his otherwise classy casual attire while out in public.
His companion doesn’t seem to mind the odd choice of headgear. They are twinning in dark clothing with grey scarves. But balloon hats was where this woman drew the line.
