Although we’re not in the business of allocating blame, the truck driver is the only one in the wrong here. Evidently, the smaller vehicle wasn’t moving. The truck ended up colliding with a stationary vehicle at a petrol station. The owner must be furious! Not just because of the accident, but because this Peugeot 205 is a classic model.
At least the truck driver didn’t argue too much about it. They admitted their fault without causing a scene. The only problem is that the admittance doesn’t do much to repair the damaged vehicle. It would still take the car insurance company a while to take care of it.
