One of the most iconic bands of rock history, Rolling Stone, would not have been so popular had they not had Mick Jagger in it. The rockstar was known for an illustrious career that was about 60 years long. One of his romantic relationships was with the actress and singer Marianne Faithfull.
As stormy as the scene was, the couple were together for only about four years. The duo’s legacy was historic and one to envy from the British ’60s era. When the two first met, Faithfull was only 17 years old, and Jagger wrote the song “As Tears Go By” specifically for her to sing.
