Jane Lynch was as diverse in her sporting choices as in her acting roles. She used to play softball and was quite excellent at it. She also played basketball. And despite her dislike of the sport, friends, and teachers eventually persuaded her to play because of her height.
Lynch’s acting experience suggests that she’s a capable actor who can play a variety of characters. These include “Two and a Half Men,” “For Your Consideration,” and, in the 2021 series, “The Ghost and Molly McGee.” She has also dabbled in theater and made her return to Broadway in 2022 for the production of “Funny Girl.”
