Even before she became a teenager, Emma Watson was already an international celebrity. As a result, after her role as Hermione Granger in the “Harry Potter” film series ended, she felt she needed a break and to live a regular life for a while. Attending university became part of her everyday routine.
She accomplished just that by enrolling at Brown University, an Ivy League college. Playing field hockey was one of the extracurricular sports she participated in there. Watson was also reportedly pretty fantastic at it, with her fierce attitude serving her well. She’s still acting and presented many awards at the 2022 BAFTAs.
