Leslie Odom Jr. made his debut on Broadway when he was just 17, and his first project was “Rent,” where he played the famous character of Paul. He also starred in off-Broadway shows, as he was seen performing in Venice.
Proud winner of the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical in 2015, Odom Jr. has also worked equally well in television. His role as Joseph Kayle in the mystery “CSI: Miami” earned him a whole new fanbase. In 2016, for his role in the Broadway show “Hamilton,” he won a Grammy award. The multi-talented Odom Jr. even released his first eponymous jazz album in 2014.
