Joey Feek and Rory Feek were country musicians who formed their self-titled duo between 2008 and Joey’s death in 2016. The two were not only a singing group but also a married couple who had met in a cafe where Rory was performing. They said their vows much later in 2002.
They had won three awards with seven studio albums under their band name, including a Grammy for “Hymns That Are Important to Us.” This one was their last release before Joey’s demise. Rory talks all about his relationship in his memoir “This Life I Live: One Man’s Extraordinary, Ordinary Life and the Woman Who Changed It Forever.”
