Jani Lane certainly had a way with words. However, that’s not the only thing he was talented at. Apart from being a lyricist and songwriter for the band Warrant, he was also the band’s lead vocalist and frontman.
He first left Warrant in 1993 but rejoined after only six months. In 2004, Lane left the band again. After a brief reunion, he left the band again in 2008. Despite being a member of the band, he continued to produce good music on his own and even released a solo album, titled “Back Down to One,” in 2003. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2011.
