Robert Plant has built quite a successful career for himself in his decades as a singer. He is best known as the lead singer and lyricist of the rock band Led Zeppelin. However, the band broke up in 1980 after the band’s drummer, John Bonham, died.
Despite this, in 1995, Plant was inducted with the band into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for their iconic, though short-lived career. In 2008, he was ranked number 15 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 100 best singers of all time. Then, in 2021, he released a collaborative album with Alison Krauss titled “Raise the Roof.”
