He first rose to worldwide fame in 1975 after he released Born to Run. Inspired by The Beatles, Springsteen has gone on to create a model for other musicians to come.
With a career that has lasted for six decades, Springsteen now has 20 studio albums to his name. In 1999, he was inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 2021, Springsteen sold the masters of his entire catalog to Sony Music for $500 million.
