The Boy And Girl Scout Movement

The boy and girl scout movement has spread like a global phenomenon that created a world of its own. From physical activities, ranking, commands, rules, uniforms, and international conferences, it has become one of the most successful and influential ideas the British have given the world.
The scouting program was made for boys 11 to 19 years of age, yet almost everyone wanted to participate when the movement was just starting. The Boy Scout movement was in courtesy of a cavalry officer, Lieutenant General Robert S.S, in 1908 in Great Britain. He also wrote a book about such a topic titled “Scouting for Boys.”
