It looks like he’s at a festival, so carrying the cooler about all day could be challenging; however, this guy appeared to be over it. Who needs a wagon and horses when you can make your own mobile cooler with a few ropes and a lawnmower? It relieves him of the stress of carrying it and also saves him time. We call it killing two birds with one stone.
