CC Sabathia spent the majority of his 19 Major League Baseball seasons with the New York Yankees. Besides, he had stints with the Cleveland Indians and Milwaukee Brewers. Sabathia, a six-time All-Star and Cy Young Award recipient, was a key cog in the 2009 Yankees’ World Series victory. He signed a seven-year, $161 million contract with them in December of 2008.

Sabathia made a total of $260 million throughout his baseball career. In 2015 and 2016, he received a basic salary of $25 million. Nearly one million dollars a year was added to his salary thanks to endorsement deals with companies like Subway, Pepsi, EA Sports, and Nike’s Jordan Brand.
