This property was designed and constructed in 1897 for Frederick Gilbert Bourne and his spouse, Emma Sparks Keeler. Until the construction of other grand estates like Oheka Castle and Inisfada, Indian Neck Hall held the title of the greatest house on the South Shore of Long Island. St. John’s University sold the home to the Amity Education Group in 2016.

Off of Montauk Highway, the entrance to the mansion may be seen via ornate wreaked gates that date back to the 18th century. A great passing shot stretching 1,700 feet and lined by a majestic boulevard of trees on each side leads up to the mansion.
